On October 11, 2014, pianist So-Won Hwang performed Richard Dudas’ Moments Musicaux in a version for amplified piano on a concert as part of the Jinju Music Festival in Jinju, South Korea. The performance was part of a concert featuring pieces for piano, percussion and technology.

Swirly Music Publications
Richard Dudas’ music is now being published by Swirly Music. A handful of scores, including Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, Variations for Clarinet Solo, and Fantasia on Lyun Joon Kim’s Elegy are now available for purchase via the Swirly Music website. In 2015, more are due to be added.
Oliver Kern Performs Moments Musicaux
On May 16, 2013, pianist Oliver Kern premièred three of Dudas’ Moments Musicaux on a solo recital at Kumho Art Hall in Seoul, Korea.
Kenneth Tse Saxophone Performances
In the spring and summer of 2012, saxophonist Kenneth Tse performed the piano version of Dudas’ Fantasia on Lyun Joon Kim’s Elegy on concerts throughout the United States and culminating in a solo recital at the 2012 International Saxophone Workshop in Hong Kong, on July 21.
Seven Cats Music Series Concert
On June 4, 2011, Dudas’ Sonata for Clarinet and Piano was given its complete North American première by clarinetist Rane Moore and pianist Hubert Ho at the Seven Cats No.2 concert at the Lilypad in Cambridge, MA. They had previously premièred the first two movements of the sonata on a concert in Berkeley, CA.
Fantasia on Lyun Joon Kim’s Elegy
On May 13, 2009, Dudas’ fantasia for alto saxophone and orchestra on Korean composer Lyun Joon Kim’s Elegy was premiered by saxophonist Sam-Jong Shim and the Hanyang University Symphony Orchestra under the direction of maestro Eunsong Park at the Seoul Arts Center on a memorial concert entitled “I Will Live among the Green Hills”. The piece was requested for this occasion by Hanyang University, of which Dr. Kim was the founder.
The Warehouse Waterloo Concert
On October 24th, Clarinetist Peter Furniss and pianist David Leiher Jones performed a concert featuring selections from their CD Time Pieces – 60 years of American music for clarinet and piano. The concert included Dudas’ Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, receiving its London première that evening.
Time Pieces CD Release
The UK-based Clarinet Classics label has released Time Pieces – 60 years of American music for clarinet and piano (CC00054). This CD features clarinetist Peter Furniss and pianist David Leiher Jones performing a variety of duo works from the 20th and 21st century American clarinet repertoire, including Richard Dudas’ Sonata for Clarinet and Piano. The CD will also be released in digital form via iTunes (tracks 8, 9 and 10). A promotional launch concert for the CD is scheduled for the Fall in London.
